Our Pumpkin Peanut Butter treats are made with a base ingredient of Garbanzo Beans. Garbanzos serve up protein (vital to all aspects of development, including the immune system), copper (necessary for producing and storing iron) and folate (crucial to DNA production, plus many other functions). And there’s more; garbanzos contain vitamin A to sustain eye health, the B-complex vitamins that provide a host of essential nutrients, and vitamin C’s antioxidants, which may prevent, or delay, cell damage. We call that a Superfood!

Pumpkin is great for digestion! Pumpkins are also choc-full of nutrients. They contain loads of vitamin A, respectable amounts of vitamin C, and good quantities of other enriching minerals like potassium. It’s also low fat and low calorie.
